The chicken marinade is the perfect blend of Worcestershire & Soy sauce, lime juice and cumin which is topped with a delicious blend of sour cream, ranch, lime juice, salsa, garlic and melted Mexican cheese.

This is even easy to make while camping with the family!

How to Prepare Fiesta Lime Chicken for the Blackstone

In a freezer bag or mixing dish with a cover start out adding the Water, Cumin, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Lime Juice, Minced Garlic & Chicken Breasts.

Seal the bag and mix together well. Place in the refrigerator for for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 24.

While the chicken is marinating grab another freezer bag or mixing bowl to make the sauce. Add the Salsa, Sour Cream, Ranch Dressing, Lime Juice & Minced Garlic.

Mix together well and throw it in the fridge.

Let the Blackstone heat up in which it can be set on high heat. Place the chicken on the Blackstone Griddle and cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees (flipping as necessary).

Now that the chicken is done, it is time to get it ready to be plated. Spoon an even layer of the fiesta ranch sauce on each chicken breast.

Cover the sauce with the Mexican blended cheese and let it melt.

Plate the fiesta lime chicken.

Put your favorite ingredients on top, which for me is just some sour cream but I’m sure guacamole would be good too. Don’t forget your tortilla chips and enjoy!

Notes

I'm not a huge Guacamole fan, but I'm sure it would also be delicious on top as well if you are a guacamole lover.
