How to Make Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry on the Blackstone
Start out by cutting the meat into thin 1″ inch pieces. In a zip lock back, or bowl, add the cornstarch and water. Mix them together well.
Add the meat and mix it together. Set the meat aside in the fridge.
In a bowl, add the Soy Sauce, Light Brown Sugar, Minced Garlic and Ginger. Mix the sauce together well.
Fire up the Blackstone Griddle and get it heated up. I prefer to cook this recipe on a medium/high heat level. Start out cooking the meat on one side with the broccoli on the other ensuring to use some extra virgin olive oil. Once the broccoli is tender and the meat is cooked, combing the two together on the Blackstone.
Slowly add the sauce while mixing all the ingredients together. This should only take a few seconds so the sauce doesn’t get burnt, but you want it on long enough to allow the corn starch to thicken. Remove, place on a bed of rice and enjoy!
