This Greek Styled Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki sauce on the Blackstone Griddle is super easy to make and absolutely delicious. While you can make your own Tzatziki sauce I highly recommend Hannah’s Organic Tzatziki Greek Style Yogurt Dip which can be found at Costco. I have tried a lot of sauces, and nothing has lived up to this one.
Juicy chicken covered in Tzatziki sauce and on a Naan flatbread with red onion and a couple of cucumbers is simply hard to beat! Especially if you are looking for something that is light weight and healthy to eat, unlike some of my other recipes such as my fire smash burger.

How to Make Greek Style Chicken Gyros W/ Tzatziki Sauce
Over medium-high heat, apply a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil and place the cut-up chicken on the Blackstone Griddle. Cook, flipping and rotating every minute or so, until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Once the chicken is up to temperature, add 3-4 Tablespoons of Tzatziki sauce. Quickly mix it in with the chicken to prevent it from burning on the Blackstone Griddle. Remove and get ready to dress the Naan flatbread to make a gyro.
