For anyone that knows me, they know I love burgers. These chopped cheeseburgers on a hoagie bun are another awesome variation, especially on the Blackstone.
When it comes to cheeseburgers, my secret spice is usually always Cow Lick by Dizzy Pig. It just really sets the burger off and apart from any other regular burger out there.

Continue to cook the meat until it is browned.
As the meat is nearing completion. Open up the hoagie buns and place them face down on the Blackstone to give them a nice brown toasted color.
