How to Cook the Zesty Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap
with a little extra virgin olive oil place the raw chicken on one side of the Blackstone and the onion on the other.
Once the chicken is close to being done, add the minced garlic to the onion and mix it in.
Turn the onion side down if necessary and continue cooking the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Once the internal temperature of the chicken is reached, combine the onion and the chicken.
Pour half the BBQ sauce over the top of the chicken leaving the other half for dipping.
Mix it all in until you get a consistency that you like. Then remove.
On a tortilla, place a small amount of BBQ sauce down the middle.
Add the shredded cheese.
Followed by the lettuce.
Wrap the zesty honey BBQ chicken wrap up with the BBQ chicken.
Fold in the ends of the tortilla and roll it up making a wrap. While it is good like this it is preferred to put it back on the Blackstone giving it more of a quesadilla type shell.
Place the zesty honey BBQ wrap on the Blackstone with the seam side down. Press the wrap down a little with the spatula.
After a minute or so (depending on your heat setting), flip them over and repeat on all sides. Remove and enjoy these delicious zesty honey BBQ chicken wraps from the Blackstone Griddle!

Notes
My wife prefers the extra sauce on the tortilla on the side instead of in the shell but I find it is good both ways.
