BGE – Roasted Smoked Sausage, Potatoes & Veggies Ingredients

Set up the BGE

BGE Roasted Smoked Sausage, Potatoes & Veggies - BGE Setting

BGE Roasted Smoked Sausage, Potatoes & Veggies should be cooked with indirect heat. For this cook I also recommend cooking indirect with the feet of the conv”egg”tor facing upward. You’ll want the bottom vent bout 1/2 way open with the top vent open to achieve a good 400 degree cook (tweak vents as needed). Once setup move along to prepping the food.
