Plus it comes with this awesome homemade Teriyaki sauce which couples perfectly with this stir fry recipe on the Blackstone Griddle!

The teriyaki sauce has the perfect amount of spice from the crushed red pepper but comes back with a little sweetness from the delicious honey. While store bought is good, I highly recommend trying it out!
Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients

- White Rice (Optional, but a terrific addition)
How to Make the Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry on the Blackstone Griddle
As with any meal, start out by prepping everything. Stir fry’s are cooked hot and fast so you will want everything ready to throw on the Blackstone readily available. Start out by slicing up the chicken breast.

Also either prepare this homemade teriyaki sauce or if you are looking for something quick a store bought version will suffice.

Get a separate bowl out and place the veggies in it so they are ready to go when the time comes.

Fire up the Blackstone Griddle and let it get high with the temperature set to max.

Put a thin layer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the griddle and add the chicken.

After flipping a couple times and letting the chicken cook for about 2 minutes, place some more Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the other side of the griddle and add the veggies.

Continue to cook both the chicken and the veggies, flipping them semi frequently. If you notice either sticking to the surface add a little more extra virgin olive oil. At this point start checking multiple pieces of chicken’s internal temperatures. Once it has hit the minimum of 165 degrees the chicken is done.

Combine the chicken and the veggies in the middle of the grill while continuing to flip.

Add the teriyaki sauce and stir in one-half. After about a minute stir in the other half.

At this point, the stir fry is done, remove.

Enjoy as is, or we also enjoy this delicious Blackstone Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry over a nice bed of white rice!

I've been a big green egg lover for years with an XL and a MM, and only recently got my blackstone a week ago. I've not cooked indoors the entire week! lol. I will definitely be trying the Teriyaki chicken here soon, as my son absolutely loves it. Thanks for the post!
