Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Favorite Veggies (fresh is obviously best, but stir fry blended veggies can be bought frozen)
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • White Rice (Optional, but a great addition)

How to Make the Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry on the Blackstone Griddle

As with any meal, start out by prepping everything. Stir fry’s are cooked hot and fast so you’ll want everything ready to throw on the Blackstone readily available. Start out by slicing up the chicken breast.

Also either prepare this homemade teriyaki sauce or if you are looking for something quick a store bought version will suffice.

Get a separate bowl out and place the veggies in it so they are ready to go when the time comes.

Fire up the Blackstone Griddle and let it get high with the temperature set on max.

Put a thin layer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the griddle and add the chicken.

After flipping a couple times and letting the chicken cook for about 2 minutes, place some more Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the other side of the griddle and add the veggies.

Continue to cook both flipping semi frequently. If you notice either sticking to the surface add a little more extra virgin olive oil. At this point start checking multiple pieces of chickens internal temperatures. Once it has hit the minimum of 165 degrees the chicken is done.

Combine the chicken and the veggies in the middle of the grill while continuing to flip.

Add the teriyaki sauce and stir in 1/2. After about a minute stir in the other half.

At this point the stir fry is done, remove.

Enjoy as is, or we also enjoy this delicious Blackstone Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry over a nice bed of white rice!
